Craig is experienced in residential real estate, particularly in the communities surrounding Charlotte Harbor.   He is enthusiastic about introducing newcomers to the many pleasures of living in Southwest Florida.  “We have a vast range of residential and investment opportunities in Charlotte and Lee counties,” says Craig. “There is a property for nearly every budget, and they’re all close to the many recreational, shopping, entertainment and cultural activities available here”.

Some years ago Craig enjoyed sailing his 28’ sloop in Long Island Sound and in waters off New England.  A succession of senior corporate marketing jobs took Craig and his family from New York to California, Pennsylvania and Iowa. During twelve years in Iowa, Craig launched a successful marketing consulting business and became a Professor of Marketing at Drake University.

Seeking to return to a coast, he researched many communities up and down both US coasts and in 2004 selected the Punta Gorda area for its abundance of recreational opportunities and its affordability. Craig and his wife Amy live in Burnt Store Marina abeam one of the three 9-hole golf courses.
